Avant Real Estate, founded by Ara Tchaglassian in 2012 to develop, construct, own, and manage properties across the United States. Since then, Avant Real Estate has expanded into a full-service developer with an in-house architecture department (DRG), construction management staff, and Class A general contractor, all under one roof.
