The Buffalo Trading Post Plaza is located on the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 18 and Rancherias Road, in the Town of Apple Valley, San Bernardino County, California.
The proposed Buffalo Trading Post Plaza would result the development of a mixed-use
commercial plaza. Phase one of the Project proposes the development of a gas station/convenience store, car wash, retail buildings, a tire shop, and two drive-through restaurants, totaling approximately 44,584 square feet on approximately 7.6 acres of the site. The remaining three acres will be developed in a second phase and would potentially include general retail, office, or additional drive thru restaurants. Specific users for buildings 1, 3, 4, and 5 have been identified.
Building 1 will be occupied by an Aldi grocery store, building 3 by Chipotle Mexican Grill, and building 4 by Dutch Bros Coffee. No specific user is currently known for buildings 2, 5, 6, or 7.
