The Project, consisting of a 0.7 acre site identified as Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 839-161-17, is located at 28813 Los Alisos Boulevard in the northern quadrant of the City of Mission Viejo. The Project is proposed on a currently vacant lot at the northeast corner of Los Alisos and Hideaway Loop.
The Project consists of 14 townhomes on 0.7 acres, at a density of 20 units per acre. The townhomes will consist of clustered units of up to 37 feet in height, containing units ranging in size from1,228 square feet to 1,743 square feet. Two plans are provided 2 bedrooms, and two are provided 3 bedrooms. The Project incorporates three total buildings with two building types, Building A is 3 units and Building B is 8
units. Building B is a courtyard type that utilizes a breezeway roof structure to provide pedestrian access from the perimeter of the site to the primary common amenity area located at the central area of the project.
Exterior building finishes include stucco, tiled roofs and stone veneer accents.
The Project also includes 31 parking spaces, including 28 garage spaces (2-car garage for each unit) and 3 guest parking spaces.
Recreation areas are provided in the center of the site and at its northeast corner and include a shade structure, seating and barbeque areas. Landscaped open space occurs on the south and east boundaries of the Project.
