This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect through avantrealestate.com and its related pages and forms (the “Website”), how we use and disclose it, and the choices that may be available to you.

Contact information. Your name, email address, telephone number, state, and similar contact details.
Inquiry information. Your inquiry type, message, property or leasing interests, project information, and other details you choose to provide.
Job-applicant information. Your contact information, message, resume or curriculum vitae, employment and education history, skills, qualifications, work samples, and other information you submit through the Join Us page or by email.
Essential technical information. The Website and its hosting or security providers may process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the Website, including an IP address, browser or device type, request date and time, and essential cookies. Avant does not use this information for analytics or advertising tracking.
Communications. Emails, messages, attachments, feedback, and records of your communications with Avant.
The Website is not intended to collect highly sensitive information. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, driver’s-license numbers, financial-account credentials, medical records, biometric information, or similar sensitive information through a general inquiry or initial job application.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you complete a form, upload a resume, send an email, call us, or otherwise communicate with us. We may also receive information from your employer, broker, agent, representative, referral source, public records, property or listing services, and Website service providers where permitted by law. Limited technical information may be processed automatically only as needed to operate, secure, and maintain the Website.

Responding and communicating. To respond to inquiries and communicate about properties, leasing, acquisitions, sales, financing, development, construction management, property management, vendors, partnerships, and other business matters.
Evaluating opportunities. To evaluate potential properties, tenants, clients, vendors, projects, transactions, applicants, and business relationships.
Recruiting. To review applications and resumes, communicate with applicants, schedule interviews, make employment decisions, and maintain recruiting records.
Website operations. To operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the Website and our business.
Legal and business purposes. To maintain records, comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or misuse, protect rights and safety, and establish or defend legal claims.

5. No Sale or Targeted Advertising
Avant does not sell personal information or use or share it for targeted, retargeted, or cross-context behavioral advertising. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel, and similar tracking tools are not currently enabled. Avant does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16 years of age.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Website uses only essential cookies and similar technologies needed for operation, security, contact and inquiry forms, and resume uploads. It does not currently use analytics, advertising, or retargeting cookies. Blocking essential cookies in your browser may prevent some Website functions from working properly.
Avant does not track visitors across third-party websites for behavioral advertising. Because there is no uniform standard, the Website may not respond to browser Do Not Track signals. Where legally required, Avant will honor recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. Transaction and project records may be retained for the relationship or transaction term plus up to seven years, or longer if legally required.

Avant uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No website or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please do not send highly sensitive information through general forms or ordinary email.

We may reasonably verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law.
11. Children
The Website is intended for business and employment audiences and is not directed to children under 13. Avant does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Website. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.
12. Third-Party Websites
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, listing services, map services, social-media platforms, or external portals linked from the Website. Their own privacy policies apply to their services.

Avant may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, Website features, or business practices. The updated Policy will be posted on the Website with a revised Last Updated date. Additional notice will be provided when required by law.
